    morning light also utilizes another payment platform with text-to-give functionality that offers the following options: paypal, google pay, apple pay, venmo, and cash app. we will connect you direct to morning light if you wish to use one of these methods. also note, venmo and cash app may have some digital wallet/crypto conversion capabilities.

    lastly, if you prefer to transfer crypto currency to diewiththemostlikes to make the donation on your behalf we can arrange that as well.

  • our goal is to raise at least $5,000 usd which would cover the cost of one of the twelve rooms at morning light’s home. residents typically stay 3 months to 1 year.

    in plain language, this means providing housing for a few terminally ill community members in indianapolis with limited means. with a home secured, hospice care can be also then be arranged and provided.

    beyond shelter, morning light provides a true sense of home, meals, care, companionship, social service support and day-to-day assistance.

  • yes — international donors can make donations through the main Morning Light donation form. As long as you have a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or a PayPal account, you’ll be able to give, even if they’re outside the United States.

    The donation will process in US dollars, and depending on your bank, a currency conversion fee may apply.

  • yes, donations to morning light are eligible for tax deduction as they are a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization.

    their status can be validated with the irs tax exempt organizations search tool.

  • if you are bidding on a piece, the total amount spent after deducting the ‘fair market value’ of that art is deductible. we are indicating the ‘fair market value’ as $250 usd to morning light.
